Order Confirmation ✅: After you submit your order, you will receive a confirmation email, but this does not mean that the order has been accepted. Delivery and Receipt 🚚: When you place your order, we will provide the estimated delivery time. We will try our best to deliver on time, but we cannot guarantee it. Each order is insured during the delivery process until the goods are delivered or you sign for them. A confirmation signature is required upon receipt, after which responsibility for the goods transfers to you. If the recipient is not the purchaser (e.g., for gifts), the recipient's signature is considered as completion of delivery, and related responsibility is transferred simultaneously. We reserve the right to update our delivery policy at any time without prior notice.
Return Policy 🔄: To provide you with a worry-free shopping experience, we offer a 7-day no-reason return policy. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can apply for a return and receive a full refund.
a) Please initiate a return request within 7 days of purchase.
b) Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn/unused, with original packaging/tags intact.
