Return & Exchange Policy
Our company promises that you can apply for a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt under the following conditions:
✅ The product itself has quality problems;
✅ Damage occurred during transportation;
✅ Wrong item sent, or product not matching the order (not affecting resale).
The following situations are not eligible for the "7-day no-reason return":
Personalized customized items;
Used items (electronic products are considered used when powered on);
Obvious wear and tear on product components, accessories, or appearance;
Outer packaging lost or severely damaged (except for unsealed inspection), affecting resale;
Items unsuitable for return due to their nature, and this was clearly stated and confirmed at the time of purchase;
Other situations affecting resale.
📝 How to apply for a return
Returns for personal reasons: Within 7 days of receipt, provided the item does not affect resale, send an email to the after-sales service center. Customer service will process your request within 1-3 business days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Quality issues/wrong item shipped: Within 7 days of receipt, please email service@mail.liybay.com. Customer service will process your request within 1-3 business days, and we will cover the shipping costs.
Refund process: Contact the courier company to retrieve the goods within 7 days of receipt. The courier company will notify us to initiate the refund process after receiving the goods, and we will complete the refund within 15 business days.
